On Sept. 23, 2020, in the main conference room of Hwajeon factory, DongHwa Entec Co., Ltd. signed a collective production contract with DongHwa Artech Co., Ltd. (formerly Asin Engineering) on design, purchasing, production, quality control, quality assurance(A/S) and supply of air reservoir, N2 tank and vessel. 

Starting last May, the companies held discussions and reviews relating to conversion, commercialization, and cost and quotation reviews, and finalized the contract after inspection by a lawyer. 

Representatives from both sides, including the CEOs of both companies, attended the signing ceremony and promised to do their best to strengthen competiveness of the products and achieve the best possible outcomes through close collaboration. 

Based on this contract, DongHwa Entec Co., Ltd. is expected to establish a leading position in the market by improving its technological and competitive value.
