Article 14 (Human Rights Protection)
The Company respects and supports the international standards for human rights including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration, the UN Global Compact and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
The Company established a clear policy and system to protect and enhance human rights, and endeavors not to breach human rights in the management activity process.
The Company needs to preemptively make an effort not to breach human rights due to The Company shall support stakeholders to comply with regulations required by human rights-related international standards, protect employees’ human rights, and treat them fairly.
Article 15 (Environment, Safety, and Health)
The Company shall comply with domestic and international laws and regulations and international agreements related to the environment, safety, and health, and fulfill corporate responsibilities on the environment, safety, and health.
The Company considers the environment and safety in all business processes as major issues and will do its very best to continuously improve. The Company strives to proactively respond to climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions waste discharge, and participates in eco business, and seeks to use sustainable resources through energy efficiency enhancement and water resources protection.
The Company makes the environment, health, and safety of not only our employees, partner firms, project clients, and general customers, but also of the community residents our top priority.
Article 16 (Fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility)
The company shall respect the country’s laws and regulations and the culture and tradition of the communities where we carry out business and make an effort for co-development with the country and communities.
The company needs to generate profits through transparent decision making and efficient management activities, and simultaneously promote corporate values and shareholders’ values.
The company contributes to social and national economic development through productivity improvement, employment creation, sincere tax payment, and social contributions.
The Company shall sincerely carry out its social roles and responsibilities and strive for community development.
The Company shall guarantee basic labor rights defined by the ILO, and also the freedom of association and right to organize.
The Company shall comply with legal working hours set in the laws and regulations, and offer monetary compensation for labor, and shall not illegally deduct the compensation
The Company shall comply with each country’s Labor Act and international standards in terms of minimum age standards for minors.
The Company does not allow any work to be performed involuntarily due to mental or physical coercion.
