As urban hydrogen stations use special safety devices and undergo tough licensing processes to prevent accidents, including explosions, they use our patented technology to minimize these risks.

 

 

The high-efficiency IONIC hydraulic compressor uses high-precision hydraulic technology and IONIC liquid. This is effective for high-precision control and the prevention of accidental explosions as it uses the hydraulic oil control valve for mechanical interlocking operation of the cylinder and hydraulic compressor. The use of explosion-proof equipment can be minimized with control through hydraulic pressure. Notably, maintenance costs can be cut since the IONIC liquid separates easily and does not react with hydrogen.

 

The direction change valve system for the liquid compressor uses state-of-the-art technology reflecting DongHwa Entec’s hydraulic technology. The valves used for existing compressors work with electrical signals, but our compression system works with pistons. We have developed and apply our own technology in which valves can be opened/closed by receiving hydraulic signals.
